All estimates are provided with no obligation or commitment. If you decide that the proposal is not the right fit for your project, you are free to withdraw your enquiry at any stage before work begins.

As video production and editing projects can evolve throughout the creative process, timelines and project requirements may change. Any significant changes that affect the scope of work will always be discussed and agreed upon before additional work is undertaken, ensuring complete transparency throughout the project.

Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds to allow for feedback and adjustments. Additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Any such costs will be communicated and approved before the work is carried out.

Our goal is to provide a professional, flexible, and collaborative service while ensuring expectations are clear from the outset.

We can provide a secure payment link processed through Revolut Business, allowing you to pay safely using your debit or credit card. No card details are stored.

If needed, we can also email invoices for any work completed. To issue an invoice, we’ll just need your name, email address, and preferred currency. Once provided, we’ll send you an email with full payment instructions.

Payments can be made either by bank transfer or through a secure card payment link.

Depending on the project, we only need any source materials you have, such as raw footage, text, fonts, audio clips, or images. You’re also welcome to provide instructions on how you’d like the final video to look.

If you’re unsure about the direction, that’s not a problem — we can help guide you and suggest creative ideas to shape the final result.

We typically use Google Drive or WeTransfer for sharing large files. If you’re providing Twitch clips, these can be downloaded directly from your channel. We may ask that we are given the editor role on your channel to source material. 

You can also send files via Discord if you have Nitro, whichever is most convenient for you. Please request permission to be added on discord.

Yes, we work with people worldwide and can accept payments in any currency. 

Payment will be made upon work completed. We will also watermark the final product until payment has cleared to ensure the project cannot be used until work is paid for. 

Absolutely. We produce videos for most online websites. We can do portrait (TikTok Instagram and YouTube Shorts), 16:9 (YouTube) and square.

Yes! We can create logos, posters, social media posts, thumbnails, advertisements, promotional images and more!

We edit using DaVinci Resolve Studio. Not to be confused with the free version. We hold a full licence so we have access to the full editing suite and utilise all of the features available as well as an array of plugins that provide us with tools to make unique effects and visuals. 

For artwork, we tend to use Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Photo Pro and Procreate. 

Many clients need a more tailored approach or simply don’t have the time to edit videos themselves — that’s where we come in.

Yes, we can add subtitles to any video. We have expertise in a wide range of effects that we can utilise. Music can be discussed however, we will ensure that DMCA protected and Copyrighted music isn't used. 

Yes. Once payment is made in full, you own the video. You can credit us but this is not always required or essential. You will be free to use the final product however you wish.
